The Rockets struggled to overcome the Suns, who led the game almost entirely. The Rockets come out winners of a very tight match with the Clippers, who have taken the advantage several times. After a very balanced quarter-first time pocketed by the 28-26 Rockets, the Clippers take the second 25-19 and are ahead at break 51-47.

At the restart, Los Angeles takes 12 points in advance 66-54 on a 15-7. Houston reacts and realizes in turn a nice 14-2 series to take the advantage 70-68. With a 22-point lead at the end of the first quarter (34-12), the Rockets made the match easy and controlled from start to finish. James Harden has 25 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists, Clint Capela 22 points and 14 rebounds.

Traveling to Staples Center, Houston quickly took control of the game with a huge 31-5. The Clippers reduce the gap a little in the second they pocket 31-27, but the Rockets are ahead at break 61-43.

Los Angeles returns to 9 points from Houston in the 3rd quarter 76-65. A late return and insufficient, since Houston quietly controls the last 22-20 and wins 105-92. A 14th win in a row that offers the Texans a record since they are the 6th team to achieve in one season at least two sets of 14 wins. And more than ever first in the West!
