With Chris Paul and J.J.Redick sitting out, then Blake Griffin out of the game later on, the LA Clippers fell short in Phoenix 118-104. This is a second loss in a row after the one in Dallas 118-108 the night before.

Griffin once again gets the Clippers back in the game at 20-17 nut Phoenix will end up winning the 1st quarter 30-25 with a huge Brandon Knight ( 37 pts, 4 assists, 2 rebounds ). With a 3 pointer from Johnson followed by a bucket from Crawford, the Clippers even up the score to 32-32 in the beginning of 2nd quarter. Smith’s dunk even puts them up by one 34-35. The Suns will accomplish a 9-1 run in the remaining 2’30 » to take the lead back : 28-24 in the 2nd quarter for a score of 58-49 at halftime.
Back from the locker room, Phoenix is going to break out and take a lead up to 20 points before ending the third ( 93-73). An 8-point lead ( 68-54 ) before taking their advantage off to 25 pts ( 93-68 ). The final 12 minutes are under control for the Suns despite a domination from Los Angeles closing out the gap ( 31-25 ) and a very active Luc Mbah a Moute ( 9 points, 2 rebounds, 1 steal in 15 minutes )
The Clippers keep a positive record despite the loss ( 5 W/4 L ) and rank at the 4th spot in the west. Next matchup on Saturday Nov 14 against the Pistons.
