Luc Mbah a Moute in the Africa Game 2017

The NBA announced on Thursday the list of players who will participate in the Africa Game 2017, a charity match that will take place on Saturday, August 5 in Johannesburg (South Africa). Two teams will compete, the Team Africa of which Luc Mbah Moute is part of, and Team World. The benefits will go to UNICEF, the Nelson Mandela Foundation and SOS Children’s Villages.

Team Africa:
Luol Deng (Los Angeles Lakers), Thabo Sefolosha (Atlanta Hawks), Bismack Biyombo (Orlando Magic), Clint Capela (Houston Rockets), Gorgui Dieng (Minnesota Timberwolves), Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), Serge Ibaka (Toronto Raptors), Luc Mbah a Moute (Los Angeles Clippers), Salah Mejri (Dallas Mavericks), Emmanuel Mudiay (Denver Nuggets), Victor Oladipo (Indiana Pacers), Dennis Schroder (Atlanta Hawks).

Team World:
Dirk Nowitzki (Dallas Mavericks), Kemba Walker (Charlotte Hornets), Leandro Barbosa (Phoenix Suns), Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Wilson Chandler (Denver Nuggets), DeMarcus Cousins (New Orleans Pelicans), Andre Drummond (Detroit Pistons), Courtney Lee (New York Knicks), Kyle Lowry (Raptors), C.J. McCollum (Portland Trail Blazers), Kristaps Porzingis (New York Knicks).

Luol Deng of South Sudanese origin and Thabo Sefolosha of South African parents will be the two captains of the African selection, while Dirk Nowitzki and Kemba Walker will lead the world.
Several coaches such as Erik Spoelstra (Heat), Mike Malone (Nuggets), Alvin Gentry (Pelicans) or leaders like Masai Ujiri (Raptors) will also attend the event.
