Luc Richard Mbah a Moute and the Milwaukee Bucks split a pair of home games this weekend, taking down the Memphis Grizzlies in a 108-103 overtime win, after dropping Friday night’s game to the Miami Heat, 87-74.
Luc Richard scored six points, but was a star on the offensive glass. Over the two weekend games, No. 12 grabbed 10 offensive rebounds.
Alex Boeder of Brew Hoop acknowledged Luc’s up-and-down night in the “Three Bucks” portion of Friday’s game report.
« Luc Mbah a Moute. Twelve points in the last three games, and that’s an aggregate, not an average. The Principal was full of rebounds and misses tonight, unable to put back the put-backs. Eight offensive rebounds is just terrific, 2-11 from the field, not so much. Mbah a Moute entered the night shooting 64.2 % at the rim, but this won’t help. Looks like 1-10 from what the ESPN box score terms « 0 feet » from the hoop. »
Luc Richard and the Bucks get a chance at revenge Tuesday night when they take on the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Bucks lost 101-93 to L.A. on St. Patrick’s Day, a loss that snapped a six-game win streak. Tip-off is 7:00 CST at the Bradley Center and you can watch the action on FSN Wisconsin.
