After their disappointment in the first match of pre-season with the Warriors, the Clippers had a better outcome at the Staples Center winning against the Toronto Raptors 104-98. Californians came back in the game (52.2% to 2 points against 44.2%, 85.2% to the free throws) and dominated the game with 46 rebounds to 32. Blake Griffin had a good performance with 24 points to 10/13, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, Raymond Felton added 17 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists, DeAndre Jordan 14 points and 10 rebounds.

The Clippers stand in middle of the first quarter 23-13 and win with 33-21. The Raptors are maintained remotely in the second despite a good DeMar DeRozan who chained 18 points so far. At the break, the Clippers lead 62-51.

In the second half, the Clippers widen the gap in the third quarter with a 23-15 offering those 17 points ahead with 85-68. The Raptors are leading with 91-90. While we thought the game folded, the Clippers must rely on the of Felton free throws in the last 3 minutes (8/8 on the game). In the end, the Raptors pare close to winning the last 12 minutes 30-19, but the Clippers were able to get back on and win 104-98.
