The 76ers have emerged for the second time this season, with the game against the Detroit Pistons 108-101 where they went to overtime. A game during which both teams have taken turns in leading, it was a tough game.
The first half, the Sixers were slightly dominated the Pistons, 30-28 and 24-23, to reach halftime with 3 points ahead 54-51. But in the second half, the Pistons will revert to 5 points in the third quarter time (31-23) to start the final quarter with 82-77., which was a tough quarter. Hollis Thompson (13 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist) managed a 3-point shot with 13.4 seconds buzzer that will allow 76ers to tie 100-100. In overtime, Luc Mbah a Moute (14 points, 11 rebounds and best stat of the game in this area, 4 assists, 3 steals) and his will dominate the Pistons with a 8-1 allowing them to pocket their second victory three games.
Robert Covington honored us with a superb performance with 25 points and 6 rebounds, while Michael Carter-Williams scored 20 points 8 rebounds and 15 assists. A meeting tight during which the Sixers have had a little more success than their opponents to shoots (46% against 39%), with 3 points (30% against 26%), but also assists (27 against 22) and rebounds (53-47).
The Sixers now have 2 win for 18 losses but remain last in the Eastern Conference, behind their opponent in the evening.
